  1. Riven Movie Snoop is a small app that knows how to find QuickTime movies in the data files for the game Riven and lets you watch them without playing the game.

  3. System requirements: any Power Mac capable of playing the game itself.

  5. Riven Movie Snoop is freeware; distribute anywhere!

  9. How to use: Open the application. Open any file in the folder named "Data" on any of the five Riven CDs. Click on a movie in the list on the right side of the window to open it. Use the standard movie controller to play the movie.
  10. On a 640x480 screen, the scroll bar won't be visible, but you can scroll the list with the home/end/page up/page down keys.
  11. You can select the previous/next movie with the up/down arrow keys.
